It has the patent-protected original AdHoc SchneidWerk®, which is designed for the optimal chopping of dried chilies including the seeds. Thanks to the fine dosage, handling chilies no longer leads to unpleasant surprises. The aroma protection cap ensures that the cut chili powder ultimately only goes where you really want it, namely on the food to be seasoned. In 2018 PEPE received the German Design Award with the “Special Mention” award. In 2010, the chili cutter was awarded the Home Style Award in the “Best Look” category. The choice was made via a public vote by end consumers on the Internet over a period of 5 months and via an international jury.
